I have not been involved in selling & buying a home in over 40 years, so this was a new experience for me.  Mark Ashley and Anne Jalbert were both involved in selling my house in Laconia and buying in Gilford.  They were both very professional and informative.  If I had any questions or concerns they were readily available.  They went out of their way to make this process for me comfortable, satisfying, and positive.  In short, they were great!
